Is it actually heated?
There is no electric element. The dense fleece and the enclosed hood trap the heat your pet already gives off, which is what keeps the inside warm. Nothing to plug in and nothing to switch off before you leave the house.
Which size should I order?
Measure your pet from nose to tail and add roughly 10 cm. Small suits toy breeds and kittens, Medium suits most cats and small dogs, and Large fits pets up to about 10 kg. The full size chart is above.
Can I mix sizes and colours in a bundle?
Yes. Every bed in a 2-bed or 3-bed bundle picks its own size and colour, so you can kit out two very different dogs in one order. The bundle discount applies either way.
Will my dog use a covered bed?
Most burrowers take to it immediately. If yours is unsure, fold the hood back so it sits as an open bed, put a familiar blanket inside, and let them find it on their own for a few days before folding the hood up again.
